Submission Process/Agreement
Members can submit up to 3 images.
Submissions for this exhibition should be emailed to: Fbcaa@yahoo.com Subject Line: Include name of the exhibit
Your email must include the following for each entry:
Artist’s Name
Title of Work
Medium
Dimensions
Price (if not for sale, indicate NFS)
Description (optional)
Image of each entry
Cell phone number
The Description is limited to 30 words. Your statement should only be about how your artwork. (Count the words and spellcheck before submitting.)
Verified member artists may enter up to 3 pieces of art. If there is a submission fee associated with the exhibit please go to www.fbcart.org to pay the fee. Entries will not be accepted without payment.
Not a FBCAA Member?
Become a member on the FBCAA website. Complete the two-step process of paying the Membership. After joining remember you must also submit the entry for this exhibition.NO WALK- IN ENTRIES ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Image Requirements: Include an image of your artwork. Name the image file using the following format: First initial Last Name-TitleofWork.jpg. (kantao-moonlight.jpg) 2D artwork must be photographed without frames, in focus and level. Images may be used on the FBCAA website and social media for marketing purposes as needed.
The cost and arrangements for the shipment, delivery, or pick up of any work sold during the show is the sole responsibility of the artist. Not all exhibits will have the ability to sell artwork. Some may be exhibits only.
Farmers Branch Carrollton Art Association is not responsible for breakage, replacement or cost associated with any loss, damage or breakage. Every precaution will be taken in handling the entries, FBCAA assumes no liability for any loss or damage to any artist's work while in our care, custody or control, before during or after the exhibition. Each artist, if they wish, should provide their own insurance.
Submission of one or more entries to the show constitutes my agreement to and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this document and indicates that I have read and understand the terms of this grant of the rights stated here and the waiver and acknowledgement contained within: I hereby agree to release and hold harmless the FBCAA, and its affiliates and assigns, from any and all liability arising from publication of said images.
