ARTIST CONTRACT

FBCAA is pleased to offer to ___________________________________ (Artist presenting) this contract for the purpose of demonstration/workshop of skills/methods/media to be given after FBCAA regular monthly meeting.  The date and time for this demonstration/workshop is as follows:

Artist will be paid $100.00 for the two hour presentation.  (This includes set up and clean up time) FBCAA members will conduct all monies along with the list of students who will be attending the demonstration/workshop.

Please provide us with a photograph, a short bio and links to your website, social media etc.  This will allow FBCAA to announce and publicize the demonstration/workshop to FBCAA members and public.

I understand and will abide by the rules of the facility.  I will not bring any alcohol or alcoholic beverages into the premise nor will the demonstration/workshop include any sexual, political, religious messages nor nudity. _____________. Initial
